Contact our support team to initiate a return within 30 days of your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your item back. Shipping costs are excluded from refunds.
Exceptions / non-returnable items -
Certain types of items cannot be returned or refunded, like perishable goods such as food, health supplements, flowers, or plants, custom products such as special orders or personalized items, seasonal or festive items such as 4th of July sales, Labor Day sales, Halloween, Black Friday, Thanksgiving, Christmas etc, personal care goods such as beauty products, nasal strips etc other items at the final discretion of the store owner. We also cannot accept returns on some other sales items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
